Cancellation Policy

Please note prices are starting point quotes and are subject to change. For exact pricing before scheduling an appointment, please book a color consultation. A deposit of $50 is required to hold an appointment.

Deposits will be applied to your service. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours and no shows will not have deposit refunded. Additionally, appointments that are over 15 minutes late will be canceled automatically. 

We currently do not offer refunds, however, if you are unhappy with your service, we are more than happy to work with you to make it right.
